Overview
Your Server Joe’s client area is the main place to manage your hosting services, invoices, support tickets, and account information. If you are a new customer, this is usually the first place you should bookmark after ordering.
How to Access the Client Area
- Visit the client area login page.
- Enter the email address and password you used when you signed up.
- Click the login button to access your account dashboard.
From the client area you can review active services, see due invoices, update contact details, open support tickets, and jump into tools like cPanel with a single click.
What You Can Do After Logging In
- View your hosting services and domains
- Pay invoices and check billing history
- Open or reply to support tickets
- Log in to cPanel for your website account
- Review product details and next due dates
If You Cannot Log In
- Make sure you are using the correct email address
- Use the password reset option if needed
- Try a private browsing window if your browser has cached an old session
- If you still cannot access your account, open a ticket through our support page
