Overview
cPanel is where you manage most of the technical parts of your hosting account. This includes website files, databases, email accounts, domains, redirects, backups, and other tools.
Best Way to Access cPanel
- Log in to your client area.
- Open your hosting service from the services list.
- Use the cPanel login button inside your service details.
This method is usually the easiest because it avoids password confusion and takes you directly into the correct hosting account.
What You Can Do in cPanel
- Create and manage email accounts
- Upload or edit website files
- Create MySQL databases and users
- Install WordPress or other software
- Review file usage, bandwidth, and security tools
Common Login Problems
- The hosting service is not yet active
- You are trying to access the wrong account
- Your browser has an old login session cached
- The direct cPanel link in an old email no longer matches your current setup
