Overview

You can create domain based email accounts like info@yourdomain.com or support@yourdomain.com directly from cPanel. This lets your business use professional email tied to your website domain.

Steps to Create a Mailbox

  1. Log in to cPanel from your client area
  2. Open the Email Accounts section
  3. Click Create
  4. Choose the domain you want to use
  5. Enter the mailbox name and password
  6. Save the new account

Before You Start

  • Your domain should already be connected to the correct DNS
  • Mail related DNS records should be correct if you expect the mailbox to send and receive mail
  • Use a strong password and store it safely

What to Do After Creation

  • Test the mailbox in webmail
  • Connect it to Outlook or your phone if needed
  • Set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for better email delivery
